Hmmm....
Been some time since I last played this hack but I believe it still requires mystic ticket for S.S Tidal, like in regular Emerald.
You could use the mystery gift cheat after unlocking that function at one of the stores. Tbh, I have yet to find any standard store or pc item cheats that worked in my boy emu for emerald (the emu I use), so that might be your better and safest bet.
You could also instead use Emerald master code, Anti-DMA
(I think they required for warp cheat *enable them 1st* but never used warp codes myself) plus the warp code for that destination. But make sure if do warp method over there, you disable the codes the second you arrive. Warp codes can do weird things in those kinda areas while left on longer than needed... Like make you permenatly stranded there.
*Make sure you do a hard save and backup that save file beforehand, zip it down and store it somewhere else before using this cheat method though, just to be safe!
