Feebas is only on 6 out of 600 water tiles on Rte. 119. The tiles Feebas is on all depends on what the trendy saying in Dewford town is. But, once you run into one, They are quite common all of a sudden. I think it's because their appearence rate increases by like 80% or 90%. Please rate this answer.
