Why won't Juan fight me?
Im currently in sootopolis and I defeated all the trainers below the gym (hey free EXP why not?). I go up to Juan and he gives me the TM. I assume it's just something he does before the battle. I keep skipping his text boxes, anxious to fight but he keeps telling me that those who have all the hoenn badges must go to ever grande. I thought "oh sweet free gym badge" and checked my card. However, there were only 7 badges in there. How do I get Juan to fight me again?
I'm using an emulator with a couple of cheats if that helps.
