Bad Egg in slot of party?

Bad Egg in slot of party?

I have Pokemon Emerald on the free version of My Boy Emulator (Android). I was messing around with the cheats; the only ones I used were: Walk Through Walls (enabled, never really caused any issues), a master code + rare candies & master balls (I had some trouble getting these to work, I had to enable/disable them and reset the current save file. I did get it to work, but once I put tyhe master ball one in it started getting wonky, even after I deleted the cheat and put only the rare candy in there were multiple slots of master balls and candies that only multiplex when I tried to toss them. I eventually deleted all those codes and just kept what I withdrew to my bag), and finally a master code + infinite money cheat (not sure if it was the same master code, I decided it'd be easier to just delete it and sell a bunch of rare candies, no issues after that.)

I don't know when it appeared but just a short while after using those cheats I checked my party and there was a Bad Egg in the last slot of my party. I had no other Pokemon except my starter (including PC); and I cannot select, move, check summary, heal at Pokemon center, release (--- came back!) or deposit the egg in the PC. I'm not sure which cheat did it, I think it was the rare candy/master ball codes that corrupted the checksums.

My question is, is there any way to remove it without deleting the game file or cheating in a way that could possibly mess the game up further? If not I'll just have to delete it and start fresh. If anyone has any tips on using cheats safely without corrupting the game, that would be much appreciated too.

Tl;dr Sorry my question was so long.

OP here. Update on my question, I actually can deposit the egg in the PC. It appeared as a blank, empty slot. I heard it can be removed by switching it out with another Pokemon then releasing it while being held, so I caught a poochyena w/o any cheats, plain old pokeball, and did exactly that. It worked out fine, and the Pokemon didn't seem to have anything wrong with it. The only problem is it can't be released. I tried the same thing with two other Pokemon, and they still won't be released their own. I haven't used the Pokemon (a wurmple this time around) in my party or in battle yet, but it seems to be completely fine in every other aspect. I'm just worried it'll turn into another bad egg if I take it out of the PC.
