Where is the light ball?
I want to have a pichu but I haven`t find a light ball..

Well, you don't need the Light Ball in order to get Pichu. If you simply put a Pikachu in the DayCare with Ditto or another Pikachu of a different gender, you should receive an egg that will hatch into Pichu. You can also obtain Pichu by Trade or a Cheat Code.
If you would still like a Light Ball, you can still obtain one. The only way to obtain a Light Ball in Pokemon Emerald is by catching a Pikachu that is holding one. Pikachu can be found in the Safari Zone. You can also obtain a Light Ball by Trade or a Cheat Code.
