how can i do the same thing the video in Pokemon emerald that enters the house and see the navel rock

You need a Gameshark. Then it should show the cheat for Navel Rock Ho-oh/Lugia. It has the instruction above or in the cheat. I know this because I had a gamesherk and have done the cheat. ^_^

you go to pokecenter than (in marville)far to the map then press A IF (IF YOUR A BEGINER YOULL GET A FREE GRAGHY)!
