to get to lilycove city just go from the town with the tree houses(can't remember the name) and foolow the path untill you get to mnt. pyre or watever its called and then use cut and your in lilycove city

You have to go through the marsh lands to get to Lilycove, I believe. Might be a path after that that you have to take. Been a while since I played the game.
