first you need to get TM43 Secret Power from a guy on Route112, hell be standin in front of a tree past the desert. teach it to a pokemon. hav the pokemon in ur party, walk up to the tree and it should ask do you want to use Secret Power. if it dusnt do this then just go to your pokemon and use it.

You need to have the move secret power to climb trees but I do not know how to move grass lumps
