how to find a feebas
I am now in my battle frontier journey in Pokemon emerald,but still I did not or let me say I can't catch or find a feebas, ..where can I find it?and how can I catch it?what rod am I going to use? And by the way,,i am very sad at the time I will encounter a Pokemon called milotic..for me..it is one of the toughest Pokemon I ever encounter..can you please give me any suggestion of what Pokemon to be used and also what move to be done in order for me to beat milotic..??many thanks!!!

You can find Feebas rarely in the lake south of the Weather Institute and north west of Mauville, right past the tall grass you can't ride a bike through (I believe.) Milotic is water type, so train some Electric types such as Lanturn to defeat Milotic.
