You can't steal a Pokemon, but there's probably a cheat code for it - go search the Action Replay codes part of the site.
You don't want a bad egg - they mess up your game file.

There are cheat codes to get other peoples Pokemon but they turn into bad eggs sometimes, trust me you do not want a bad egg, it never hatches and you can't relese it so your stuck with it forever if you have 1
