To get the Regis you have to go to pacifilog surf
Left to the currents. Always
Stay low till the end.
Then you will come to deep calm water. Dive and you will find some braille on a wall read it and
Come to the surface. You will be in a room have recalanth and wailord
In your party. Recalanth has to be either first or last or Wailord first or last. Go as far up in the room as you can. You will come to a huge wall read the braille and the use dig.
Now you have to get out of the cave and back up to where you dived. after that you can go find the Regis.
Regiice----------------- To get regice go to island cave and
Walkaround the inside clockwise
Sticking to the walls. The door will open
Registeel--------------- Go to ancient tomb near fortree and use flash
In the center of the room.
The door will open.
Regirock----------------Go to desert ruins in the desert. personally I forgot partly what to do,
But use rock smash somewhere in the room.
