That would be battle frontier, and you have to beat the 7 place in row. So like the Battle Pike, the one with the snake. YOu have to beat that twice in a row to go up against the Pike Queen. So you have to beat the other places a couple of times in a row.
Now I don't know what Pokemon each of them have, but you could look at the walkthroughs, they should have a walkthrough for Battle Frontier.
