Dear blazekid, no you cannot clone without corrupting but I know that Pokemon blue,red,and yellow you can clone Pokemon without a action replay I don't remember the process but ill have to ask my friend about it because he does it with his other friends ill try to contact later with the process

Yes you can clone without corruption, if you want to know how on this same website click on the user submitted hunts and show the subs by jared-285q and then scroll and eventually you will find how to clone without corrupting the game or you can go on youtube and look at the vid I made on this site- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44O2SWzargc
