where are the trainers

If any of you know where all the trainers are tell me I beg you.i try to help every one I can. I have a rate of 1742 on emerald and sapphire but I havent done so good on emerald.also what do you think is the best beginner for emerald I am counting all the gyms. I will help as great as I can.lease and thank you.

Torchic is the best starter because it breezes past all the gyms except the 7th gym might be a little hard and when it evolves the blaziken can beat the 1st and 3rd people in the elite 4 with ease but of course you will have to have other Pokemon which suppliment your starter's weakness such as a water/ice type if you picked torchic, a grass/fight type if you picked mudkip or a flying, dragon if you picked treeko

Torchic for me was always the best starter because both grass types, and water types can be found early in the game i.e. Wingull, Seedot, Lotad. But, Fire Types you can't get until you get to lavaridge. So the team I would suggest would be: Torchic, Wingull, Zigzagoon, Wurmple, Poochyena, and Ralts. I'm a huge fan of dual-type Pokemon, and I always say that the pokemon's types in your party should always be able to cancel each other out.
