Is it good to raise my Pokemon to level 100 with rare candies????????
And os ot good to evolve my pokemons with rare candies???????

No, training them normally is much better, because their stats become much higher, rare candies, don't raise their stats as much

No it is very bad to raise or evolve Pokemon with rare candies beause when you do this, the Pokemon do not gain any EV's so their stats do not go up much at all so they'll end up being very weak, but... If you must do this then I suggest that you buy HP ups, Irons, Carbos, Calcium, Protein to replenish the lost stats until they would not have any effect so the lost stats will be regained to a smaller extent, this also happens when you put your Pokemon in daycares

Yes, i'ts great but the are super duper rare. You only get like 7 out of the whole game.
