You can get lunatone only in sapphir in meteor falls, roselia in ruby/sapphire on route 117 and meditite in the grassy area of mt. Pyre and on victory road B1

Unfortunetly, those three Pokemon are unavalible in Pokemon Emerald. You will have to trade with Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or XD.
