How can you get latios after you catch latias??

Sorry, but I'm afraid that once you pick Red (Latias) or Blue (Latios), you cannot get the other one, unless you get the Eon Ticket. This can be obtained in an Nintendo Event, or by mixing records with a friend who has Ruby/Sapphire with an Eon Ticket. If you can't get an Eon Ticket, then the only other way is to trade Pokemon with a friend who has Latios. Hope that cleared things up,

You can trade with a friend or you can get the eon ticket to go to birth island. If you have a game shark or action replay you can enter the code too birth island and solve the puzzle

You have to get an eon ticket either from a myster/nintendo event or by gameshark / action replay and then show he eon ticket to the woman by the ferry in LILICOVE and she will get the captain to come and then you will be asked if you really want to go to the southern island and when you say yes you will go there and then when you get therte, examine the egg and it will say something about dreams and reality and then a lv 50 latios will swoop down and then you will have to battle it and catch it. Then you will have the 2 latis CONGRATULATIONS!!!
