Ah, well, in order to clone Pokemon on Pokemon Emerald the normal way, you need to have defeated the Elite Four, and have access to the Battle Frontier. Once you do have access, go there and when you arrive, head to the Battle Tower. Now, I could tell you the exact process of cloning a Pokemon, but I do not think that even I could describe the process that well. So here, I present to you, a video of how to clone Pokemon on Pokemon Emerald. Enjoy.

You have to have beaten the E4. Then go to the battle Frontier.In the Battle Frontier, there should be a place called the Battle tower.go in.By the way, you MUST have the pok�mon you want to clone in your party BEFORE you go in if not go out and get it.Inside the tower, there's a PC .Deposit the Pok�mon you want to clone in any box.Get out of the PC and save.Then withdraw the Pok�mon and go to the lady with blue hair closest to you.Talk to her and select challenge.Then Open Level.Select any 2 pok�mon but NOT the 1 you are cloning.Say yes to all the saving bit.Then turn it off straight after you do that.turn it on and ...voila!Look in your party. The Pok�mon's there.Look in all the PC boxes In 1 of them the Pok�mon is there!And he is holding an item that will be cloned too! Just look 2 c what the clone is holding! Hope tis helps...
