To get the Mystic, Aurora, and any other type of ticket, you would have to have gone to a Nintendo Event when they were still being held. So unfortunately, you can no longer get the tickets, or the Pokemon that they bring you, unless you trade with someone who has them.

The Mystic and Aurora Tickets are only obtainable by doing a Nintendo event or doing what's called Mystery Gift. But it's very rare.
