Please tell me if I should change anything before I fight the e-4:

Sceptile lv71 leaf blade/pursuit/solarbeam/quick attack
Gardevoir lv68 psychic/confusion/psybeam/theif
Mightyana lv66 crunch/takedown/rock smash-got it for norman to level up/pursuit
Peliper lv67 wing attack/steel wing/fly/airial ace
Camerupt lv69 earthquake/eruption/fissure/rock slide
Sharpedo lv67 surf/crunch/waterfall/dive(mostly use for HM slave)

And-i have 100+ in my pkdex and I have all 386 pkmn on pkmn box and was going to put them on emerald and then take them off so I could get a johto starter and I don't know which one to pick.i want to pick cyndaquil cause it's my favorite but I want one that I can train to beat the battle fronteir which one should I choose?

Sceptile lv71 leaf blade/toxic/Slam/Solarbeam
Gardevoir lv68 psychic/thunderbolt/Hypnosis/dream eater
Mightyana lv66 crunch/takedown/Shadow Ball/Swagger
Peliper lv67 stockpile/swallow/fly/surf
Camerupt lv69 earthquake/eruption/fissure/rock slide
Sharpedo lv67 surf/crunch/waterfall/dive

Maybe that should do it to beat the Elite 4.........I would go for Cyndaquil becoz
It my fav for Johto region.....As for the battle frontier maybe you should pick Totodile as for strong water pokemon...

That team would easily win every battle individually, so bring a few revives and hyper potions and you should win easy

For the starter, get totodile, it is the fastest I think and the most attack
It would easily beat the pyramid at level 100

That's a good party. You should go and take on the elite four, you'll win definately.

Sceptile Level 100:Leaf Blade/Aerial Ace/Bullet Seed/Pursuit or Earthquake.

Aggron Level 99:Iron Tail/Rollout/Surf/Flamethrower

Rayquaza level 98:Fly/Dragon Claw/Thunderbolt/wister
