After you beat them under 30 seconds and get the Ex chip. Do it aagain but beat your ex time. It might take several tries.

Well make sure you beat the game.then make sure your fighting SP version if not you wont get a sp chip.just make a good folder and destroy the ex and the do it again if you gat a S rank and do it again you should get the SP chip.

if u have some good sword base chips and tomahawk soul and a areagrab * chip as a reg chip then and a good att power it will be a ton easier u may get hit every now and then note:this works only with megaman 6 cybeast falzar facing tenguman.
