How do you get protomansp becaule I keep on fighting him to get it but all iget is a better record and protoman b????????

Finish all of the request in the chip shop and chaud will call you and you two will fight in your class room

Kayson123's answer is wrong. Start expanding your megachip library and you will be able to fight ProtoManSP at Lan's old house. To get S against him, here's a simple strategy that will max out ProtoMan SP's strength:

Install NumbrOpn in the Navi Customizer.
BeastOut first. Counter his first attack with AirShot and then activate DblPoint and use SuprVulc. That's all. You can use this with Colonel, CircusMan, JudgeMan, and ElementMan as well.
