Question for Final Fantasy IV Advance

Where is the sylph cave? I need find the rat tail for get excalibur.
Can anyone help me please.

The sylvan cave is located on the far northwest corner of the underworld. You should have the spell float.

Um...ok, first thing that you should know is that the rat's tail is in the Land of Summons. When you enter the non-random battle area, look for a treasure chest and there is probably a square thing on the ground in the way. Just walk on it then go back on it again to the floor you were on before. Then grab what's in the chest and it'll be the rat's tail.
