I have two questions
1. How do you get the toy boat back?
-I went to the island but won't let me land.
2. What quests do you have to do to fight Raditz?

#1- To get the toy boat back all you have to do is fly and land on the other half of the tiny island that doesn't have the boat on it. Pick up the boat then fly back to the kid and give it to him.
#2- In order to fight Raditz you have to: Find the missing daughter, give the kid his boat, give the other kid flowers and save the old mans cat. After you do all of these go back to the old mans house and he will open a portal for you that will bring you to Raditz.
