I keep deleting and reentering the code and it wont work how do i activate it

I Cannot go to goten in chapter 2.Can Someone tell me where to go???????????It shows the 140 Gohan Do I have to go inside it???????????

when you go to goku's house you go down where there are two criminals kill them and then go right keep on going and then up, kill those criminals and then go on the topest righ hand side then gostraight but then dont go right if you go right it is some thing else but make sure gohan is above level 80 to unlock the gate

not level 80 level 65 u can't go level 80 in hercule city or east district
