Catching Latias w/o GameShark or Master Ball

Catch a Sableye at the Sky Pillar's top floor (besides where Rayquaza is), it should be at L54 or L56. Make sure it knows Mean Look. Next, go to Slateport Market and give your Sableye as much Carbos as possible. Before hunting down Latias again, make sure you have a few Ultra and/or Timer Balls. Save when you're in the same route as Latias, in case you accidently kill her. When the battle begins, use Mean Look. Latias' Psychic attacks won't affect Sableye. Weaken her health a little and you should catch her very quickly and easily.
