I know leveling your Pokemon can be a drag sometimes well say no more because I got something for you. First, get the Pokemon you would like to evolve in your party. Second, get to the city above slateport the city with the electric gym. Then, go to the day-care and place your two Pokemon that you want to evovle fisrt. After, that go north towards the volcano and go through it not up. On the otherside go towards the desert and go bye the sand hill.( it's one of those hills that you can't go up unless you have the mach bike) Then, get your bike out and put something heavy on the foward button so that you keep running into the sand hill. Finally, after you left it about 4 - 10 hours go back to the day-care and get your Pokemon they grow more than 20 levels you may keep repeating until your is content.

------------WARNING------------

You should not teach your Pokemon any TM's if going to do this trick also you need to the acro bike, rock smash, and your charger. When you get your Pokemon out of the day-care they won't be evovled you must raise one level to make them evovle.
