I'll tell you what happend when I breeding a Ziqzagoon.

You know in order to breed,you must have the same Pokemon

with different gender. My two Ziqzagoon lv more than 10 and learn headbutt.

But when I hatch a baby Ziqzagoon (of couse is lv:5) that learn tackle, headbutt, sand-attack and growl. Next time if you want a Pokemon lean a new atttack, then breed.
