Okay this is how I caught Rayqauza.

Okay First, I went though all those floors then when I got to the top floor then I saved the game then I got Kyogre in front of the pack.

Then it has to learn Ice Beam then you ve a Premier Ball then you face Rayqauza use Ice Beam get it in the red try to freeze it then use ether Ultra ball or The Premier Ball.
