Wish Cave:Save Latias then get Sky Blue Plains,then talk to Medicham at Whiscash Pond then they will run off.Do a mission then talk to them at the pond again,they will run off again.Do another mission then talk to Ekans at the pond (he's the only one there now).Do another mission then look at the post board at the post office.Ekans will be there don't talk to him.Look at the bullettin board.Medicham's post will be there.You can go to Wish Cave now!!! Buried Relic:Kick Kyogre's butt then make room in your mailbox sleep then pelliper should arrive and bring you news about the Relic talk to Lombre then to Shiftry.Then you can go to Buried Relic now.Amount of floors:99
