Ok, there is a hidden pp max on 2 island.
You know that waterfall on that place where you can teach blast burn/frenzy plant/hydro cannon?
Well down there in the water is a small patch of land.
Use an itemfinder on it and some stars will fly over your head. Then it'll say something like "a hidden item is buried underneath the ground" or something like that then you get a pp max
