Go to fuchsia city and then go to the gate house that takes you back to vermilion city and lavender town (not the bike path the othere gate house) just about 10 to 20 steps after you go through the gate house you shoud get to some small blocks of grass keep on walking in the grass but this may take you a wile be for you come to facing a ditto
