Get a Mew two and teach him psychic, flame thrower, thunderbolt, ice beam.

You can get those tm's at the game corner in Celadon city. NO NORMAL ATTACKS MEWTWO IS A PSYCHIC POKEMON. Dont get thunder or blizzard they are not accurate enough. Thunderbolt and flame thrower pawn the first of the elite four, flame thrower and psychic beat bruno of the elite four, thunderbolt flamethrower (psychic on arbok) beat agetha, Ice beam beats the dragon master guy. For your rival you have to choose the attacks wisely.
