Suicine tip hints and tips for Pokemon FireRed

I have a Charizard so I keep running into the Suicine but I havent caught it yet. But, every time I ran into it I was in the little patch of grass next to Fuschia city and the safari zone that's roght outside of the tunnel that leads to the bike path. Hope this helps!

Ps: It might be that this is just my game, and I'm sorry if this is a dumb post.
