After you have beaten the elite 4, head back to fallabor town and go inside the fossil maniacs house. Head to the end of the tunnel inside the house and you will find a cave. There will be ditto and golbat around level 43, but keep going to the end of the cave. There, you will find the other fossil from mirage tower. Brind it to devon corp. And ressurect it.
