The Sealed Cave is in the Sea Current by Pacifidlog. The Writing in the Underwater says "Use Dive, and a Cavern you Shall find". Then go straight, don't bother reading the platforms to the left and right: they're useless.

The last one on the wall reads: "Now use Dig, and your findings shall be Big". The large platform in front of you says: "Those with Courage, those with Hope. Open a door. An Eternal Pokemon awaits. But, we sealed the Pokemon away.

We Feared it. In this Cave we have lived. We owe all to the Pokemon. Last comes Relicanth, First must come Wailord." Three doors will open. In the Desert Cavern, go to the fifth or fourth step on the third row from the door. Use Rock Smash. You'll find Regirock.

In the Island Cave, read the wall Writing ONCE and run around the perimeter of the room. You'll see Regice. Lastly, in the Ancient Tomb, use Flash in the center of room while facing the wall with ancient Text.

You'll discover Registeel, a good Pokemon to fight Steven with, if it's at least Level 75. ( I'll explain how to find him later. He's really hard, with Pokemon over Level 76, one at Level 80!!!!!)
