Ok this "hint" will woke with either breeding or training up Pokemon in the DAY CARE programe. Ok so the first thing you have to do is deposet one or two Pokemon in to the daycare. Then live the daycare and go in a straigt line down to the path and make sure that you have a Mach Bike other whise this could take a while. Then go over to the beach on route 118 (Do not use surf). Ok on remember where that one Gutarest is ,now there should be a rock abouve him go to it with Maulvill to youre back and then you should be able to ride youre bike all the way to the sighn outside the BATTLE TENT in Vandertruf town and back again with no problem.

PS: you might have to battle some trainers when you do this so beat them before hand. Zarren346 Rocks
