For anybody that wants to know; Get a Salamence with the move Hydro Pump...

Breed a female Bagon, Shelgon, or Salamence with a male gyarados that knows the move Hydro Pump and resulting Bagon will have the move Hydro Pump.

Now, in the pokedex description for Tysphlosion in either Fire Red or Leaf Green, it says that it has a move only it can learn,... What does that mean??? Is it just to sound cool or does he really have an ultimate move like Charizard's Blast Burn or something???
