First, wait until the Pokemon News says "This is it! It's finally here! The Energy Guru is go all out for it today! He promises low prices on items such as Calcium

And Iron!" or somthing like that. Then, make a stong Pokemon hold he amulet coin. Go battle Rich Boy Winston and Lady Cindy.

(They are near Rustboro) Put the strong Pokemon first, and make sure it knows Theif. Use theif and you should get a nugget for each time you battle each of them.

You will end up with about $14,000 and a nugget for each time you battle each of them, and if you want even more money, go to the S.S. Tidal or whatever it's called and go to room 7 and there should be a lady in it. Battle her with the Pokemon holding the Amulet Coin and you will get about $18,000.

Go to the Energy Guru and buy a lot of Calciums or whatever the speed-raising ones are. Go to Victory Road and catch a Golbat and raise it to LV. 42. Then, it will learn Mean Look. Give it the Quick Claw and give it all the Calciums it will drink.

Next, go get a Swablu and raise it to an Altaria (or catch an Altaria at Sky Pillar) and teach it Sing. Then, play the game normaly

And eventully you will find Latios/Latias. Let it run, then go to a building near grass. Check the Pokenav to see where the Legendary Pokemon is, and if it's in your area, go in the grass and find it.

If it isn't, go in and out of the house and check the Pokenav again. Once you encounter it, use Golbat's Mean Look so it can't escape, then Altaria's sing to put it to sleep. Weaken it down to red, then throw Ultra Balls and Timer Balls until you snag it.
