Okay, now choose your party, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A POKEMON WITH FLY.

Okay enter the battle pyramid, turn on gameshark

Walk around until you find a trainer, fight them.

Use mod shop on the trainer you just defeated, and buy masterballs.

Whenever you run into a wild Pokemon, you can catch it!

After you've had your fill of catching high leveled Pokemon.

Hold L and look for the warp pad, you will probably warp to the trees surrounding Petalburg, Now fly to petalburg.

Deposit caught Pokemon, save and turn off. Turn back on without any codes and there you have freshly caught Pokemon from the battle pyramid.(They wont register in the pokedex though.)
