After you beat the elite 4 go to Battle Frontier Battle Tower

1.deposit Pokemon in box

2.leave box and save

3.go back into pc and take Pokemon out(make sure you have 2 Pokemon that can go in a battle tower challenge)

4.go to nearest counter(with Pokemon you want cloned)

5.take challenge

6.when it says there is already a save file is it ok to overwrite it turn the game off

7.pokemon that are cloned will be in the box real versions are with you
