First beat the battle frontier.then proffessor Birch will call you on the pokenav & say "(Name): come quick there is an unknown Pokemon in my lab".when you get there you will see a Munchlax it will make a noise then run away.You can now catch Munchlax.WARNING: Catching Munchlax is like catching either Latios or Latias ("The Lati.") so good luck to whoever tries.
