To catch a legendary, you must have Shedinja(To get Shedinja, you must leave an empty space in your party. After your nincada evolved into a ninjask a shedinja will be at the last of your party.), Scyther and a Pokemon lv 50 above that knows hypnosis or any attacks that put enemys to sleep. Ok, First put Shedinja in front and attack. If you are up against Kyogre then your lucky because all of Kyogre's attack can affect Shedinja(Wonder Guard will block attacks except physical and confusion etc). Attack untill Kyogre start struggling. Then put in lv 50 poke and put it to sleep. Attack untill it's HP is in yellow or red but don't make it faint. Put it to sleep again and switch in with Scyther. Scyther will use False Swipe.False Swipe won't be able to faint a pokemon. After that throw all your timer balls and ultra balls. I suggest you throw timer balls. This hint works for me, now I have captured Kyogre and Groudon with this. Rayquanza can knock out Shedinja using FLY.
