After you beat the Elite Four (which should be the elite five because you fight five people) go to the fossil maniacs house. He lives a little to left of Fallarbor Town. If you go to the end of the tunnel, he will tell you it is dangerous and he doesn't think there are fossils down there. Go down anyway. There will be whismurs, loudreds, and dittos. Plus the other fossil that you didn't get already! Fire Red and Leaf Green aren't necessary to get ditto!
