Dr. Mario is a Tetris-like clone that has Mario making his first appearance as
a doctor. Using three different colours of pills you must make lines of four to
eliminate all on-screen viruses - but it gets harder as you progress! For those
who like a challenging puzzle game, you should pick this one up!

The Main Menu
-------------
After you pick the 1-Player Game, you are taken to the configuration screen, in
which you can choose programming for the game that you will play. There are
three options you can edit, and here is a rundown of them each:

Virus Level: This is the level of difficulty you can choose to start with. It
ranges on a scale from 0 to 20 with 0 being the easiest with
fewest viruses and 20 being the hardest with most viruses, and 10
             being the average difficulty.

Speed: The speed that the capsules fall down after Dr. Mario flips them into
the virus area. You can choose from LOW, MED and HI.

Music: The music you're going to be listening to while you kill the viruses.
There is the FEVER theme (also in NES version and in Super Smash Bros.
Melee), CHILL, which is a somewhat softer tune, or you can choose to
       have the music switched OFF.

                                3. Walkthrough
===============================================================================

The basic gist - there are three colours of viruses and pills in the game:
GREY, BLACK, and WHITE. You get pills in different colours and with two ends.
Here is an example:

(O | #) (a pill with two differently coloured ends)

(@ | @) (a pill with the same colours on each end)

                           3.01 - Killing Viruses
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Now here is a list of the ways to kill the virsuses that you can use for your
benefit when playing Dr. Mario:

+------------------------------------------------+
| +--------------------------+ +---------------+ | Dr. Mario throws in a pill.
| | | | | | There are three colours,
| | (O}| #) | | DR. MARIO | | including a virus, lined up
| | } | | | | vertically. When the white
| | O} These four | +---------------+ | end lands on the white line,
| | O} colours will | | the four white colours will
| | O} vanish | | all vanish.
| | | |
| +--------------------------+ |
+------------------------------------------------+

+------------------------------------------------+
| +--------------------------+ +---------------+ | Dr. Mario throws in a pill
| | # | | | | with a grey end on it. There
| | - | | DR. MARIO | | are four pills below with a
| | @ | | | | space between them. Flip the
| | | | +---------------+ | pill so it is grey side down
| | | | | and make it fall in the gap
| | V | | to take out all the greys.
| | @ @ @ @ | |
| +--------------------------+ |
+------------------------------------------------+

Of course, that's only the basics of it. There are other, more advanced ways to
solve this task. Sometimes you can take out two lots of virsues at once! Here
are some ways:

+------------------------------------------------+
| +--------------------------+ +---------------+ | Have the bottom side of the
| | @ | | | | pill (white) land on the
| | - | | DR. MARIO | | vertical row of white
| | O | | | | colours. These will all
| | O | +---------------+ | vanish and the grey pill
| | O | | will fall down to the left
| | O | | of the grey horizontal row,
| | @ @ @ | | also taking these out!
| +--------------------------+ |
+------------------------------------------------+

+------------------------------------------------+
| +--------------------------+ +---------------+ | Two rows of oppositely
| | | | | | coloured pills and viruses.
| | (# | O) | | DR. MARIO | | Dr. Mario throws in a pill
| | | | | | with the equivalent colours
| | # O | +---------------+ | on each end. Drop both sides
| | # O | | onto their respective
| | # O | | colours and watch them all
| | | | vanish!
| +--------------------------+ |
+------------------------------------------------+

+------------------------------------------------+
| +--------------------------+ +---------------+ | Like the sketch above, only
| | # | | | | the viruses are on top of
| | - | | DR. MARIO | | each other. Dr. Mario flips
| | @ | | | | in a pill with their colours
| | | +---------------+ | that land next to them,
| | | # # # | | taking them all out.
| | V | |
| | @ @ @ | |
| +--------------------------+ |
+------------------------------------------------+

+------------------------------------------------+
| +--------------------------+ +---------------+ | Two sets of colours apart at
| | (# | O) | | | | different parts of the virus
| | # | | | DR. MARIO | | screen. Dr. Mario flips in a
| | # V | | | | pill with a black end and a
| | # | +---------------+ | white end. Flip it
| | O | | horizontally and have the
| | O | | black end land on the black
| | O | | colours to take them out.
| +--------------------------+ | The white end drops on the
+------------------------------------------------+ whites to kill them.

                          3.02 - Virus Level Table
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

The 'Virus Level' you pick will have certain number of viruses. Every time you
complete a level, you will move to the next virus level, eg from Virus Level 10
to Virus Level 11. The number of viruses in a Virus Level goes up by four for
each virus level. Here is a table to show how many viruses are in each virus
level:

                      +-------------+-------------------+
                      | VIRUS LEVEL | NUMBER OF VIRUSES |
