Question for Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition

Where do I find Blaine, the Gym leader of Cinnabar?? I've looked everywhere for him but I've not been able to find him.

Also the gym in Viridian City is locked. Where do I find the leader for there? I really appreciate the help from everyone.

Go to the Burned Pokemon House which is behind the Pokemon Lab. Turn the statues on and then jump into/on the transportation spaces. Do this and navigate your way through. Find the Secret Key and you can now fight Blaine and also Giovanni for the 7th and 8th badges.

Blaine- Beat the Safron city leader, Sabrina. Then go to Blaine's gym. Answer all those stupid uestions and then you will face him.

Viridian- The leader here is Giovanni. Go figure he's the last person you face. So beat everyone else, and then you can face him!

Buy a fresh water at the top of the mart in the grass gym city at the top of the mart

Where is he? I think you need to search for the Secret Key in the burned lab to the left of the Gym to gain access to Blaine's Gym to see him, actually.

The door to the Viridian City Pokemon Gym, you will need to defeat all other seven of the Gym Leaders for to gain access there.
