It's the same cheat that you use to get missingno just mkae your Pokemon hold an item.

You can clone Pokemon, so just give a Pokemon an item, clone it and the cloned version will also be holding that item.

You can't in this completed version. This only works for Gold, Silver, and Crystal.

Actually, you can clone Pokemon, you just need trading cables. Trde your Pokemon and while it's saving on your side, just shut it off. Be careful, though. This could corrupt your data or erase your game.

pokemon can't hold items in yellow nor does that save duplication work in yellow, you cannot find missingno. in yellow either, it was a dupe that was patched in the process of making yellow
