Question for Pokemon Silver

How do I get Espeon to learn psychic?
And is there a move tutor in the game?
Some one said that there game don't save.........
Well, sadly this happens with my silver that I bought from Pakistan just buy a game boy colour my silver saves because we are in U.K for a few moths and I got silver from "EPLAY"
Shop in a shopping mall in Winsor,london.
PS: I tried duplicating my Raikou with exp.share since my few other clones with exp.share were succsesssful(spelling) and when it said saving don't turn of the power I turned it off not when it said saving don't turn of the pow or saving don't turn o
Raikou Vanished!
How do I get it back?

If you bought it from asian countries like pakistan your cartridges are mostly bound to have risks/glitchs like you can't save etc.I know for I am one.
Restart your process of having your raichu back as your game boy runs out of battery.
Sorry man you have to restart the whole thing as the battery has run out.

Espeon can either be taught TM29 or you can save money by raising it to L:47
The Move Tutor teaches Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, and Ice Beam for 4000 coins but only in Pokemon Crystal.
Well, I'm sorry but I don't think you can get it back. Next time you clone, wait for it to finish "Power" then turn it off.

You can't get Raikou back I'm afraid, but that's the price for cloning pokemon. It can mess up your game slightly or sometimes severly if you keep on doing it. That happened to me too and now my game sometimes erases my saved file for no reason at all.

Hi I am shehryar12 again I FOUND HOW TO get unlimited battles at trainer hill ( or what ever it's called)
O.k beat trainer hill and if any Pokemon level's up deposit in you're pc then change box when it says SAVING DON'T TURN O switch it of switch it back on any you should have the Pokemon on the higher level in you're pc and you haven't beat that trainer Cal in the place in Viradian City!

you can get phychic at the game corner for a lot of coins! but the game corner sucks!maybe you could find it on the ground!
