How to we get the HM waterfall? because I need to go to the pokemon leuge but the only thing blocking me is a huge waterfalll.

Go and look for HM07 Waterfall in Ice Cavern which links Mahogany Town and Blackthorn City. It's somewhere in there.
Check the Ice Path, in the second mini-maze.
The HM you seek lies within the frozen depths of Ice Path, located east of route 42 and Mohagany Town. It is obvious, so don't be wondering too far into the depths. I should say that it is located by the second or third slippery maze.
