how do i get a poke flute to wake up snorlax?

I'm fairly sure you need to use the poke flute on your radio. If you don't have the poke flute channel, you need to save the power plant then speak to the man with the black and blue suit in the radio tower (the one in lavender town). I haven't actually tested this, but this seems like the way it SHOULD work. Sorry if it doesn't :/
